全9曲

民族楽器や生活用品などを使って、ゆるい即興演奏を繰り広げる、京都のユニークな音楽集団「瓜生山オーバートーン・アンサンブル」の数年にわたる活動を記録した、ドキュメンタリー・タッチのCDRアルバムです。

本気なのか冗談なのか分からない、オフビートな三線によるブルースから始まり、恍惚感あふれるタンプーラとホーメイの演奏、伝統的なトゥバの歌、疾走感のある怪しげな民族ロック、複数の口琴によるセッション…というふうに、さまざまな楽器を使った演奏が続いていきます。

他にも炊飯器のお釜の部分をシンギングボウル代わりに使ったトラック7や、ペットボトルをパーカッション代わりに使った芸者遊び風のトラック8など、実験的ではあるものの、どこかゆるさが抜けきれない、全体的にオフビート感のある、飽きの来ないセレクトになっていると思います。

ダウンロード版にはカラー4Pジャケット（英語版・日本語版）をPDFで同梱。CDRにはカラー4P紙ジャケットが付きます。
